Inside the Novotel restaurant, guests are offered the opportunity to take time for themselves , through genuineness, healthy food and signature drinks, further to share memorable moments and culinary group activities. The Chef suggests to experience the sparkly varied buffet lunch and the evening à là carte menu composed by elegant dishes, treated with selected raw ingredients in respect of the environment, prioritizing local products and biological alternatives. The dining tables are amidst the greenery of the garden, arranged poolside or in the shade of the trees. From 5 pm to 11 pm it will be possible to taste cocktails and appetizers. At the end of the summer, happy-hour will move inside the “Gourmet Bar” hotel.
