In 2016, the urban re-qualification commenced nearby the new stations of the Metro (the underground yellow line train M3) and Milano Nord railway, re-designing and reviving the general habitability of the historical Milano Nord Affori district. Three apartment blocks have been built for a total of 128 A class apartments, with relative storage units/cellars from 2.290 Euro per sq.m Many services are located nearby among which a hotel, shops, wide parking lots and accessibility to the Villa Litta park. The apartments were already sold out before the completion of construction in 2018 and are currently inhabited.
